Is the train journey included in my package?
This depends on the overnight package you have booked. The services included in your package are listed on the confirmation. If you are unsure, our reception team will be happy to help you.
Can I take my dog with me?
Of course, dogs are very welcome on the Pilatus! If your four-legged friend stays in your room with you, we charge a surcharge of CHF 50 per night and animal. Please let us know before your arrival if your dog will be accompanying you. Please note that dog food is not included in the price. We look forward to welcoming your dog too!
Can I have my luggage sent up?
Yes, that is possible! Please contact our railway staff directly on site.
I have an accommodation voucher, how can I redeem it?
Our accommodation vouchers cannot be redeemed directly via our website. Please contact our reception team or book the offer corresponding to the voucher and leave your voucher number in the comments field.
Can I drive up to the hotel directly by car?
It is not possible to drive up to the Pilatus Kulm Hotels by car. Please park your car at the valley stations in Kriens or Alpnachstad and use the mountain railways for the rest of your journey. You can find out more about travelling here.
When is the last cable car up to the hotel?
