Travelling with a disability

Here on the Pilatus, the visitor is king (or queen!). We are keen to do all we can to facilitate a unique alpine experience for our disabled visitors as well.

Disability-compatible transport

Travel in comfort on the cogwheel railway and aerial cableways. That we can make all the necessary arrangements a prior announcement is required (tel. +41 (0)41 329 11 11).

Disability-compatible convenience

Our toilets on the Pilatus and at our various stations/termini are wheelchair-compatible, as are the lifts at Pilatus Kulm. This means that everyone can enjoy access to the guest rooms at the Hotel Pilatus-Kulm, the various restaurants and the 1000-square meter panorama terrace.

Disabled parking

Alpnachstad has three disabled parking spaces; Kriens has one.
