Travelling with a disability

Here on the Pilatus, the visitor is king (or queen!). We are keen to do all we can to facilitate a unique alpine experience for our disabled visitors as well.

Disability-compatible transport

Travel in comfort on the cog railway and aerial cableways. We recommend you contact us (tel. 041 329 11 11) prior to your intended date of arrival so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.

Disability-compatible convenience

Our toilets on the Pilatus and at our various stations/termini are wheelchair-compatible, as are the lifts at Pilatus Kulm. This means that everyone can enjoy access to the guest rooms at the Hotel Pilatus-Kulm, the various restaurants and the 1000-square metre panorama terrace.
